  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 34 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 5 eggs
  • 14 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 14 teaspoon clove
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In a small bowl, mix together graham wafer crumbs and melted butter.

    Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

    Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sugars.

    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
