  • 10 mint leaves, plus 2 mint sprigs for garnish
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces overproof bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce peach eau-de-vie
  • Crushed ice
  • 1/2 ounce aged pot still rum

Directions

    In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup, then add the bourbon and eau-de-vie.

    Add crushed ice and stir, then add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
