- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 or 2 hot peppers, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar or American)
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
Directions

1Cook meat until brown; drain.

2Add onion, pepper and chili pepper.

3Cook about 5 minutes more.

4Add soup; heat to boiling. Place layer of tortillas in ovenproof dish.

5Pour soup mixture in layers with tortillas.

6Sprinkle each layer with cheese.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
