Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1 pkg. (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown ground beef.

    Drain.

    Add soups, tomato sauce, green chiles and 2 teaspoons chili powder; mix together.

    Cut tortillas in fourths.

    Place 1 layer tortillas in bottom of 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spoon a layer of beef mixture over tortillas. Continue layering tortillas and beef ending with beef on top.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350°

    for 30 minutes.
