- 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 2 3/4 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 1/4 oz. sliced ripe olives, drained
- 5 flour tortillas, 10 inches diameter
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches.

3Mix chicken, spaghetti sauce, chilies and olives.

4Place 2 tortillas in pie plate.

5Top with 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture, 1/4 cup of the cheese and 1 tortilla.

6Repeat twice with 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture, 1/4 cup of the cheese and 1 tortilla.

7Top with remaining chicken mixture.

8Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes.

9Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

10Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until center is hot.
