  • 12 flour tortillas cut into triangles
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 50 grams butter melted

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.

    Spread out the tortilla triangles on a flat surface.

    In a bowl, mix the cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika, and a pinch of the salt and pepper.

    Brush the tortilla triangles with butter on one side. Sprinkle with the cheese mixture on that side.

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the tortilla is golden brown.

    Place on a cooling rack.
