- 4 deboned, split chicken breasts
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. chunky salsa
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grill chicken breasts until done.

2Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3Cut into slender strips.

4Fry flour tortillas in hot oil until lightly brown, turning once.

5Spread each tortilla with approximately 2 tablespoons chunky salsa.

6Layer each with chicken strips and Mozzarella cheese.

7Place on baking sheet or plate and place in preheated oven or microwave until cheese melts.

8May top with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.

9Yields 4 servings.
