  • 1 Large Flour Tortilla (any Flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Small Tomatoes, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 Fresh Basil Leaves, Sliced

    Preheat oven to 450 F.

    Place tortilla on a baking sheet and brush with oil.

    Top with all remaining ingredients except the basil.
