- 1 large green plantain
- Goya corn oil (for frying)
- Goya Adobo
Directions

1Peel plantain and cut into diagonal 3/4-inch thick slices. Deep fry in hot oil at 375° until tender, but hot crusty (1 to 2 minutes).

2Drain on paper towel.

3Cover with wax paper and press down on each plantain with palm of hand to flatten.

4Deep fry again until crusty and golden on both sides.

5Drain.

6Season lightly with Adobo and serve hot.

7Serves 2 to 4.
