- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 crushed soda crackers
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dry thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 apple, sliced thin
- 1 double crust
Directions

1Roll half pastry crust and fit in a 9-inch pie plate.

2Brown pork and onion, skim off excess fat and mix in soda crackers, water, apple and spices.

3Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Fill pie plate.

5Cover with other half of pie crust.

6Cut holes in center of pie crust.

7Bake on center rack of oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 375°.
