Ingredients

  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 c. granola cereal (crush large lumps)
  • 1 c. whole bran cereal
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper.

    In heavy saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar and salt; bring to boil.

    Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.

    Stir in remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips; cool slightly.

    Add chocolate chips; press into prepared pan.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes; cut into bars.

    Store in refrigerator.
