  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 4 c. peeled and diced apples (red)

Directions

    Mix together thoroughly the first 8 ingredients, then stir in nuts and apples.

    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
