  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 13 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 16 tablespoons protein powder (8-scoops,1/2 chocolate, 1/2 unflavored)
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 3 ounces sugar free cocolate pudding
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 12-23 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable glycerine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Coat a glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.
