  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup White sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Whole milk
  • 14 oz Can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz Can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup White sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Grease and flour 9x13 in baking pan.

    Sift flour and baking powder together in bowl and set aside.

    Cream butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy.

    Add eggs and 1/2 tsp vanilla ext; beat well.

    Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time and mix until blended.

    Pour batter into prepared pan.

    Bake at 350F for 30 min.

    Pull out of over and pierce cake several times with a fork.

    Combine 3 milks together and pour on top of the cooled cake.

    Whip the heavy cream, remaining 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla ext until thick to make whipped cream.

    Spread it over the cake, cover cake, and refrigerate at least 2 hrs.
