Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. medium noodles
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/8 lb. butter
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese
  • 1/4 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar to taste
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. crumbled corn type flakes

    Cook noodles until tender and drain well.

    Cut butter and cheese into small pieces.

    Add remaining ingredients (except corn flakes) to hot noodles.

    Mix well.

    Pour into buttered 3-quart oblong Pyrex casserole.
