Triple Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans (thick beans)
  • 1 can yellow beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped mangos

Directions

    Heat green beans and yellow beans until hot, not boiling. Cool and add drained red beans, then add all other ingredients. Mix well so oil doesn't stay on top.

    This can be done night before and should set at least 3 or 4 hours before serving.

    But mix several times as this helps flavor the beans.

    Chill in refrigerator until serving.
