  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add celery; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Stir in water.

    Bring to boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in stuffing mix, berries, nuts and zest.

    Add 1 cup cheese and egg; mix lightly.

    Spoon into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, mounding mixture as necessary to fit in cups.
