- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. cocoa, divided
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter.

3Press firmly into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

4In large mixer bowl, beat Eagle Brand milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder.

5Add walnuts.

6Spread over crumb mixture.

7Top with chocolate chips.

8Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool.

9Store, covered, at room temperature.
