Triple Layer Cookie Bars

- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut (2 2/3 c.)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass dish).

2Place butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Melt in oven.

4Sprinkle crumbs over butter.

5Top with coconut, then condensed milk.

6Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.

7Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat; spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool for 30 minutes.

8Chill thoroughly.

9Cut into bars.

10Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
