  • 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slices, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 48 woven wheat crackers

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Mix tomatoes, cheeses, onions, parsley and garlic in bowl.

    Spoon 2 tsp.

    tomato mixture onto each cracker.

    Place on baking sheet.
