Ingredients

  • 40 c. very warm water
  • 6 c. soybean oil
  • 20 lb. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. instant yeast
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. salt

Directions

    Put water and oil in mixer bowl, attach bread hook.

    Mix about 5 pounds flour and other dry ingredients together in a small pan then add gradually to water with mixer speed set on low.

    Keep adding flour until the dough is quite stiff then set speed on medium and let mix for a few minutes.

    Divide dough into 3 batches and knead until it is not sticky.

    Put into large oiled pan to rise until pan is full, then make into rolls.

    Let rise again.

    Makes 480 rolls.

    Bake at 350°.
