Ingredients
- 40 c. very warm water
- 6 c. soybean oil
- 20 lb. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. instant yeast
- 6 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. salt
Directions

1Put water and oil in mixer bowl, attach bread hook.

2Mix about 5 pounds flour and other dry ingredients together in a small pan then add gradually to water with mixer speed set on low.

3Keep adding flour until the dough is quite stiff then set speed on medium and let mix for a few minutes.

4Divide dough into 3 batches and knead until it is not sticky.

5Put into large oiled pan to rise until pan is full, then make into rolls.

6Let rise again.

7Makes 480 rolls.

8Bake at 350°.
