  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce lemongrass syrup citronella
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 stalks lemongrass chopped

Directions

    To prepare the syrup, place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and continue simmering for 30 minutes. Remove, cool and strain.

    To make the cocktail, mix the syrup with all the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and serve.
