  • 1 c. low-fat or regular sour cream
  • 1/4 c. orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. flaked coconut, toasted
  • 4 to 6 c. bite-size pieces assorted fruit
