Tropical Fruit Pie

- 2 (9-inch) pie crusts, cooked and cooled
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 6 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 3 c. coconut
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Cook pineapple, flour and sugar until slightly thick.

2Cut up 1 1/2 bananas in each crust.

3Put 1/2 pineapple mixture on top of bananas in each pie.

4Add to each pie 1/4 cup nuts on top of pineapple and 1 1/2 cups coconut on top of nuts.

5Cool completely. Top each pie with Cool Whip.

6Keep in refrigerator.
