Tropical Fruit Pie

  • 2 (9-inch) pie crusts, cooked and cooled
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 6 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3 c. coconut
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook pineapple, flour and sugar until slightly thick.

    Cut up 1 1/2 bananas in each crust.
  3. 3
    Put 1/2 pineapple mixture on top of bananas in each pie.

    Add to each pie 1/4 cup nuts on top of pineapple and 1 1/2 cups coconut on top of nuts.

    Cool completely. Top each pie with Cool Whip.

    Keep in refrigerator.
