  • 1 (16 oz.) can cubed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz.) can diced peaches
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1 red Delicious apple, diced

Directions

    Drain pineapple and peaches.

    Reserve juice.

    Drain mandarin oranges.

    Be sure fruit is well drained.

    Cook the vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups of juice.

    Chill.

    Add diced banana and apple to the fruit mixture.

    Add the fruit mixture to the pudding mixture. Chill.
