  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c. apricot-pineapple preserves
  • 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
  • vanilla ice cream
  • flaked coconut, toasted

    Combine banana and lemon juice; stir in marmalade and preserves.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in rum flavoring.
