  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 18 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Beat egg whites until foamy. Add baking powder and beat some more. Add sugar; beat until stiff. Fold in crackers and pecans. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake 25 minutes. Top with 1 package of Dream Whip mixed as directed. Let cool before eating.
