Ingredients: 1 None pineapple, peeled and cubed; 4 None kiwis, peeled and cubed; 1 None papaya, peeled and cubed; 1 bunch mint, chopped; 100 ml orange liqueur; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 5 tbsp lime juice; 250 ml pineapple juice; 1.5 litres champagne or sparkling wine

5 tbsp lime juice
250 ml pineapple juice
1.5 litres champagne or sparkling wine

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the prepared fruit, mint and orange liqueur. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix the sugar with lime juice and pineapple juice and pour over the fruit. Pour in the champagne and serve immediately.
