- 1 None pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 4 None kiwis, peeled and cubed
- 1 None papaya, peeled and cubed
- 1 bunch mint, chopped
- 100 ml orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 5 tbsp lime juice
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 1.5 litres champagne or sparkling wine
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix together the prepared fruit, mint and orange liqueur. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix the sugar with lime juice and pineapple juice and pour over the fruit. Pour in the champagne and serve immediately.
