  • 1 None pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 4 None kiwis, peeled and cubed
  • 1 None papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1 bunch mint, chopped
  • 100 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp lime juice
  • 250 ml pineapple juice
  • 1.5 litres champagne or sparkling wine

    In a large bowl, mix together the prepared fruit, mint and orange liqueur. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix the sugar with lime juice and pineapple juice and pour over the fruit. Pour in the champagne and serve immediately.
