  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2-1/2 c. well drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

    Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges and beat for 2 minutes.

    Bake in greased, 9x13 inch pan in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Let cool.

    For Frosting mix together the Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding mix.

    Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate.
