- 2 1/2 lb. whole trout, cleaned
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp. sliced unblanched almonds, toasted
- 2 lemon wedges
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with Pam.

3Place trout in pan.

4Sprinkle with lemon juice; dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, about 5 minutes.

5Uncover and bake until the fish is opaque, about 5 minutes more.

6Sprinkle with the parsley and almonds.

7Serve garnished with the lemon.
