- 13 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- 24 maraschino cherries, with stems
- 6 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
Directions

1Combine cream, butter and sugar; bring to a boil over medium heat.

2Remove from heat; add chocolate.

3Stir until melted.

4Chill mixture until firm enough to handle, 3 to 4 hours.

5Wrap each cherry in about 1 teaspoon truffle mixture.

6Chill Chocolate Coating.

7Partially melt chocolate over hot water.

8Remove from heat and continue stirring until completely melted.

9Dip cherries in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper lined tray.

10Chill to set chocolate.
