Tubettini Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. tubettini, cooked and drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 1/2 c. fruit juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • cherries
  • coconut

Directions

    Combine fruit juice, sugar, salt, eggs and flour.

    Cook on low heat until it bubbles and thickens.

    Remove from heat; let cool. Add the fruit to the tubettini.

    When sauce has cooled, pour into the tubettini salad, mixing in large container.

    Add marshmallows.
