- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. chopped green peppers
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can condensed chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can biscuits
Directions

1Brown onion and green peppers in hot oil.

2Add flour and blend.

3Add soup and milk; cook until sauce is thick and smooth. Add flaked tuna and lemon juice.

4Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake in hot oven at 450° for 15 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 425°. Cover casserole with biscuits.

6Bake 15 minutes longer or until biscuits are browned.
