- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 c. Minute premium rice
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Melt margarine in a large skillet on medium heat.

2Add onion; cook and stir until tender, but not browned.

3Stir in vegetables, milk, soup and pepper.

4Bring to boil.

5Stir in tuna, rice and parsley.

6Cover.

7Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
