- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained (can use salmon)
- 1 c. consomme
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes.

2Form into balls. Roll in corn flakes and fry in hot fat until brown.

3Makes 75 balls.

4Serve with hot cocktail sauce made with ketchup and prepared horseradish to taste.
