- 3 c. (6 oz.) uncooked noodles or macaroni
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach or peas
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna fish, drained
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or American cheese
- 1 2/3 c. (13 fl. oz. can) evaporated milk
- paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt or seasoned salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and arrange in ungreased 2-quart shallow casserole.

3Cook spinach as directed on package.

4Drain and arrange on noodles. Flake tuna and sprinkle over spinach; top with cheese.

5Combine milk, eggs and salt; beat well.

6Pour over casserole mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

7Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes or until center is set.

8Makes 5 to 6 servings.
