- 1 can tuna
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 soup can water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- jalapeno pepper to taste, chopped
- shredded cheese
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion.

2In oblong baking dish, mix tuna, onion and pepper.

3Pour in soup and water.

4Cook noodles until tender. Drain and add to tuna mixture.

5Top with crumbled bread and shredded cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
