  • 1 pkg. frozen asparagus*
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp. each: paprika, nutmeg and pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. milk or water
  • 1 can Chinese noodles

Directions

    Cook asparagus; make cream sauce with butter, flour, soup and liquid.

    Add asparagus and remaining ingredients, except noodles. Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole; top with noodles and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
