Fall Apple Dip

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. salted peanuts, chopped
  • apples
  • orange juice

Directions

    Blend together all ingredients except the last two.

    Wash and slice apples; dip in orange juice.

    Drain.

    Arrange in circle on a pretty plate and place dip in center in a bowl.

    Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts on top of dip.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
