- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Chop onion and green pepper coarsely.

2Cook in butter until limp.

3Stir in flour as smoothly as possible.

4Add milk. Gradually season with salt and pepper.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles.

6Stir in tuna.
