Ingredients
- 2 c. Post Grape-Nuts flakes, crushed
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine cereal and milk in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes, then add tuna, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Stir in eggs.

5Pour into well-greased, aluminum foil lined 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

6Bake for 45 minutes.

7Let stand 5 minutes.

8Remove from pan.

9Serve with cheese or mustard sauce.
