- 2 cans tuna, flaked
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- onion, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine in hot milk.

2Add fish, crumbs and seasonings. Add eggs, sour cream, grated carrots and frozen peas.

3Mix well and put in greased 8 x 8-inch or 5 x 7-inch pan.

4Sprinkle lightly with cornflake crumbs and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
