  • 12 1/2 oz. tuna
  • 4 1/2 c. (6 oz.) wide egg noodles
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 c. small broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 c. red peppers, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
