- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb. tuna steak, cubed into bite sized pieces
- 1 pkg. penne pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions
Directions

1Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.

2Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.

3Simmer a few minutes.

4Set aside.

5Cook tuna in a nonstick skillet about 10 minutes.

6Add to sauce mixture; simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
