Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna with oil, drained (chunk light)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion chips or 1 slice chopped onion
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise

Directions

    Put all in bowl except mayonnaise.

    Blend with electric mixer until smooth.

    Scoop out tuna mixture; put in serving dish and spread mayonnaise on top.

    Sprinkle with parsley.

    Serve with crackers of your choice.
