- 2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
- 1 tsp. onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water, drained
Directions

1Blend together.

2Pack into a small bowl or mold and chill for 2 hours or until firm.

3Invert on a serving platter and surround with crackers or wedges of pita bread.

4For variety, replace chili sauce with one of the following: well-drained relish, soy sauce or salad dressing.

5Whatever you add, be sure basic cheese and tuna mixture remains thick enough to firm by chilling.
