  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 stalk minced celery
  • 1 (11 oz.) can corn
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. skimmed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. brown mustard
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) drained and flaked tuna
  • 4 refrigerator biscuits, halved horizontally

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Melt margarine in large skillet.

    Add onion, garlic, celery, corn and black pepper and cook approximately 5 minutes.

    Blend in flour, chicken broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

    Add cheese, mustard and lemon juice.

    Remove from heat.

    Blend in tuna.
