- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- homemade or deli bought tuna salad
Directions

1Heat to boiling 1 cup water and 1/2 cup b utter.

2Stir in 1 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

3Stir all together until mixture leaves pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute).

4Take off heat and cool, beat in 4 eggs, one at a time.

5Beat mixture until smooth and glossy.

6Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet {1/2 teaspoon batter 2 inches apart).

7Bake in 450°F oven 15-20 minutes.

8Cool and split in halves.

9Fill with tuna fish salad.

10Makes 50-75 puffs.
