  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise (if using fat-free mayonnaise, eliminate the 1/4 tsp. salt)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg white

Directions

    Mix together all the ingredients except the egg white.

    Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the tuna mixture.

    Spread over English muffin halves; broil until puffy.
