  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small honeydew or 1/2 large
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh mint
  • mint sprigs (for garnish)

    Peel, seed and dice melons.

    Puree cantaloupe and juice of lemon until smooth.

    Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours.
